How we did it ?

After placing your order, your photo is uploaded into our drawing app. Once uploaded, it is in the outline queue. Waiting in this queue is the part of the process that takes the longest!

 

 

Step 2:
Your photos are hand drawn by our outliners with great attention to detail Once completed, your outline will be placed in our quality check queue. After your outline has been quality checked, production will begin

 

 

 

 Step 3:
We will send a photo draft to the digitizing team who will convert your draft file into embroidery stitches. Each order is expected to ship in approximately 1-2 weeks after embroidery thread confirmation.
