Your photos are hand drawn by our outliners with great attention to detail Once completed, your outline will be placed in our quality check queue. After your outline has been quality checked, production will begin

We will send a photo draft to the digitizing team who will convert your draft file into embroidery stitches. Each order is expected to ship in approximately 1-3 days after embroidery thread confirmation.
